The first beer of the Brewer's collection (today — Master's Collection). The traditional fruit lambic from Belguim inspired creation of this beer by Lida brewers. "Brugge Evening" owns its dark color to the caramel malt. The main secret of this beer was connected to the cherry juice added to the beer wort. The beer went through the process of fermentation and aging with the juice. The combination of hop bitterness and cherry taste is the reason why "Brugge Evening" became such a memorable kind of beer.
