Isastegi Sagardo Naturala is a basque cider made in the traditional style. Apples are picked from a variety of trees and the juices are plressed and blended into large oak barrels. The cider ferments naturally from the native yeast and pick ups a unique flavor from each barrel. poured from a height into small glasses and drunk quickly.
